Frequently Asked Questions

The aim for the assessment is to get a thorough understanding of the history of your injury & your current symptoms and how they affect your current lifestyle. We combine this information with a thorough objective examination to devise a rehab plan to return you to full fitness!
Whilst our focus is working with athletic populations we can help other populations as well. Feel free to drop us a message with more details to see if we can help.
A common thought - we recommend sending us a message before booking with us to ensure we're the right people for you to see.
The goal of Forza is to bridge the gap too often seen between early injury management and return to sport. This key rehabilitation is often missed. This time period is where most people will struggle to return to previous levels of performance, or return to sport at all. We aim to work with our clients to build up a comprehensive rehabilitation program to ensure full recovery.
The Forza focus is active rehabilitation rather than passive treatments. Whilst passive treatments may be used when deemed useful, the focus of our work will always be high-end rehabilitation to allow return to full performance.
