Adjust your training so you can keep moving
Build strength and confidence back up
Progress towards full training again
The goal isn’t just to reduce pain—it’s to get you back to doing what you enjoy properly.
How it works
This is a structured process, not just a one-off session.1. Initial Assessment (Video Consultation)
We go through your injury, training, and goals in detail. This will allow us to get a thorough understanding of your injury, training history and overall health2. Athlete Profiling & Injury Batch Testing
Off the back of your initial assessment, you will receive a customised athlete profiling and injury batch testing self assessment. This will include a series of individualised profiling tests to see how you move as an athlete as well as your current strength. Injury batch testing will be a series of tests that will assess your current capacity in regarding to your injured area. You will feed back the results of this for review.3. Personalised Rehabilitation Program
Once we have collated all information from your initial assessment and your athlete profile & injury testing, we form a individualised program to help you return to full performance. This may be a completely new program for you to follow or adjustments to your existing program if needed.4. Ongoing Support & Follow-ups
We work together over the following weeks to progress your rehab and get you back to full training.
